Privacy policy
Last updated 16 July 2026. Jackdraw is an independent customer-experience consultancy based in Melbourne, Australia. This page explains what we collect on jackdraw.com and why.
What we collect
When you consent, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used — pages viewed, time on page, general location (city/region), device and browser, and how you arrived. IP addresses are anonymised. We do not collect your name, email or any identifying detail through analytics. If you email us or buy a report, we receive the details you choose to send (handled by us and, for payments, by Stripe).
Cookies & consent
Analytics cookies load only after you click “Accept” on our consent banner. Choose “Decline” and no analytics cookies or requests are set. Your choice is stored on your own device so we don’t ask again; clear your browser storage to be asked afresh.
How we use it
Only to improve the site and understand which benchmarks are useful. We never sell or rent your data, and we don’t run advertising or ad-tracking pixels.
Who else is involved
Google Analytics (analytics provider) and Stripe (payment processing) act as our processors. Each has its own privacy terms. The site is hosted on Netlify.
Your choices
You can decline analytics at any time via the banner, use your browser’s Do Not Track / cookie controls, or install Google’s opt-out add-on. To ask what we hold about you, or to have it deleted, email us.
