Hi, I'm Michelle,

For 15+ years I've worked in customer and user experience — the kind of work that lives in the details most people walk straight past. Somewhere along the way I grew tired of "insights" that were really just opinions: confident, nicely designed, and impossible to check.

So I built Jackdraw around a simple discipline: score digital experience the way an auditor would — on two axes, against established frameworks, with a documented reason behind every number. Not what looks good in a workshop. What's actually true on the screen, for every person the experience touches.
