What do I actually get?
A subscription to one Jackdraw benchmark — the category you choose. You receive a refreshed edition of that benchmark every quarter (four a year): updated scores, any new brands added to the audit group, new or revised sections as the method evolves, and links to our latest articles and recommendations. Delivered to your inbox.
Is it every benchmark, or just one?
Just one — the category you pick. It's a subscription to a single benchmark, kept current for you. If you want more than one category, you can hold more than one subscription, or the Partner package includes your category's subscription as part of a wider engagement.
Is the first quarter really free?
Yes — your first quarter is free as a limited introductory offer. We capture your card when you start, but nothing is charged during the free quarter. Cancel before it ends and you pay nothing. Otherwise it renews automatically at A$2,500 per quarter.
Can I cancel anytime?
Anytime, from your own account, with no cancellation fee. Your subscription runs to the end of the current paid quarter and then stops. You keep every edition already delivered. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are unaffected.
How is it different from buying one report?
A one-off report (A$3,500) is a single edition of a single category. The subscription is that same category kept current every quarter — the difference between a photo and a live feed.
GST and invoices?
The price is A$2,500 per quarter including GST, and you receive a tax invoice for each payment.
